eWater Software Support & Maintenance Program – Policy


          

Our Standard Annual Support and Maintenance package provides a number of benefits including:

  • Access to updates and upgrades – allowing you to have access to the most up-to-date version (to be eligible for updates, support and maintenance must be current and cover the life of the licence. Upgrades must be installed while support is active).
  • Telephone support through the 1300-5-WATER line (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm AEST), and email support@ewater.org.au – for installation/IT, basic software use and bug reporting only.
  • Access to eWater Community Site - http://toolkit.ewater.org.au
  • Access to eWater Knowledge Pool - https://forum.ewater.org.au

Additional support

  • Packages can be used to suit your needs, such as modeling assistance, peer review and plug-in development
  • Can be purchased as pre-paid support hours (minimum of 7.5hours)
  • Purchase of an Additional Support Package does not include access to functionality modules, they are to be purchased separately
